Time is going by and I can’t even tell you what we’ve been doing. This last week Fi has had the flu….the icky flu….so I’ve been doing lot’s of wash and cuddling. Now I’m not quite feeling up to par and I’m really hoping that it’s either a milder version or just a funk and not the flu too. Yuck!
Fi is beginning to talk up a storm…well at least a small gail….anyway it’s great. her little voice is so dang cute you just want to eat her up. She has a long list of words that she’s mastering but my favorite is to ask her to, “say ______” …she’ll pretty much attempt any word. It’s great. She’s a little shy about it in front of other people but for Greg and I she’ll give it a go. It’s going to be SO nice to know what it is that she is pointing at and wants!
Next week I leave for Germany for 7 days and Dad will go it alone. It will be an interesting switch for me to be the one traveling abroad….missing my family…and for him to be home drowning in cats and dogs and babes =)
oh you lucky girl. Can’t wait to hear how it goes. I’d just love the plain ride to myself. Ha:)
